This page explains how your order is packed, when it leaves us, and how long it takes to reach you. If anything is unclear, write to us on the Contact page.
1. Dispatch timelines
In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. During a drop launch week this can take 3–4 days, because everything is packed by hand. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
2. Delivery estimates
3–4 days to metro cities and 4–7 days across the rest of India. The Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir and island pincodes can take 8–10 days. These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is always free, on every order across India, with no minimum order value. Cash on delivery is available at no extra handling fee.
4. Wrong address or failed delivery
Our courier attempts delivery three times. If the address is incorrect or all three attempts fail, the parcel returns to us; we will confirm your details and send it out again. You can change your address within 2 hours of placing the order.
5. Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel looks tampered with, photograph it before opening. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. Claims for missing parcels are settled with the courier within 7 working days.
