1. About the store
Bezzati is a clothing brand registered in India. All orders are processed through bezzati.com and all prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of taxes.
2. Products and availability
Only 200 pieces are made of each graphic. Once stock runs out there is no restock. Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Pricing
All prices shown are MRP, inclusive of all taxes. We may change prices without notice, but the price of an order already placed is fixed.
4. Accepting orders
We may cancel or refuse any order — for example in the case of a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected fraud. In such cases you receive a full refund.
5. Intellectual property
All graphics, artwork and copy belong to Bezzati. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for courier delays, natural events or anything else outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
